Integrations

Use the Admin | Integrations screens to control data integration between your Loyalty Program and third-party systems. These screens, in particular, manage the batch-type data integration including:

• Export. Export data from the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform into .csv files.
• Import. Import data from .csv files into the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform.
• Import Settings. Define default import settings for each Cheetah Digital Loyalty Object.

You can use these screens to export / import data to a variety of Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform objects.

Using The Exports Screen

Use the Integrations | Export screen to manage the batch exporting of data from the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform into .csv files. Exports run as background jobs in the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform. They read data from the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Objects and write them .csv files to a file server on Amazon Web Services. After the export job completes, you can download use this screen to download the .csv file to your computer.

NOTE: This screen shows all batch export jobs, including batch exports that you initiate from any Cheetah Digital Loyalty Marketing Console screen (e.g. Export Reward Certificates).

On this screen, you can:

• Initiate an Export Job. Choose the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Object (aka Resource) to export, provide a name and a description, select the fields you want to export, then initiate the export job.
• Search and View Previous Export Jobs. The Status field shows the current status fo the export job, such as Pending, Running, or Completed.
• Download an Export .csv File to Your Computer. After the export job completes, click on the download icon to download the .csv file to your computer.
• Delete a Previous Export Job.

Using The Import Screen

Use the Integrations | Import screen to manage the batch importing of data from .csv files into the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform. Imports run as backgrounds jobs in the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform. Cheetah Digital Loyalty uploads the .csv file into a file server on Amazon Web Services. The batch import jobs read data from the .csv files and writes the data into Cheetah Digital Loyalty Objects.

NOTE: This screen shows all batch import jobs, including batch import that you initiate from any Cheetah Digital Loyalty Marketing Console screen (e.g. Import Reward Certificates).

On this screen, you can:

• Initiate an Import Job. Choose the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Object (aka Resource) to import, select the import settings, then initiate the export job. See the Using the Import Definitions Screen section below for more information about all available importing settings.
• Search and View Previous Import Jobs. The Status field shows the current status fo the import job, such as Pending, Running, or Completed.
• Download an Import Log File to Your Computer. After the import job completes, click on the download icon to download the log file to your computer. Q: Is this accurate???
• Delete a Previous Import Job.

Using the Import Settings Screen

Use the Integrations | Import Settings screen to set the default import settings for each Cheetah Digital Loyalty Object (e.g. Codes, Reward Certificates, etc.). These settings include:

• Insert Method. Specify whether to insert new rows into Cheetah Digital Loyalty, or to update rows that already exist in Stelar.
• Find By. Specify the one or more data fields to use to identify duplicate rows.
• Skip Publish Activity. Specify whether to create activities in the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Big Data Server.
• Error Handling. Specify how to log errors during import.
