Social Stream

Cheetah Digital Loyalty Social Stream lets you monitor and curate posts from social sources such as Twitter and Instagram. You can then import posts from social sources into Cheetah Digital Loyalty News Feeds so you can share these posts with your members.

Setting Up Social Stream

Program Settings

There are no Program Settings for Social Stream.

Using The Social Sources Screen

Use the Communities | Social Sources screen to register the social media sources that you want to monitor. You must set up your Social Sources before any posts show up on the Social Stream screen.

For each Social Source, specify:

• Social Platform. Choose the social media platform for the Social Source.
• Hashtag(s). Specify one or more hashtags to monitor.
• Image. Optionally upload an image to identify this Social Source.

Viewing and Importing Social Posts

View the latest posts from the Social Source at the bottom of the Social Sources detail screen.

You can:

• Refresh. Click Refresh to render the latest posts from the Social Source.
• Import. Import one or more posts into an existing Cheetah Digital Loyalty News Feed

Using The Social Stream Screen

Use the Communities | Social Stream screen to view social posts across all your Social Sources. The social posts are sorted by time.

You can:

• Refresh. Click Refresh to render the latest posts from the Social Source.
• Import. Import one or more posts into an existing Cheetah Digital Loyalty News Feed
