Cheetah Digital Loyalty’s out-of-the-box dashboards enable marketers to get feedback on the performance of the program against target objectives. Cheetah Digital Loyalty records highly granular member data such as individual email opens and web page clicks, enabling detailed reporting and segmentation. It also aggregates activity into higher-order concepts such as cross-channel conversions, member engagement, and efficacy to facilitate insights and strategic decisions.
Cheetah Digital Loyalty Consumer Relationship Cloud’s metrics-driven approach helps to track, measure and improve the value of consumer data and business benefits associated with loyalty and engagement initiatives.
Under Analytics, Dashboards of different types, such as Summary, Membership, Frequency, and Engagement, would be present in the left side bar depending on your Cheetah Digital Loyalty Marketing Console configuration.
Use the Analytics | Settings | Dashboard screen to create, delete, or edit any Dashboards. You create a new Dashboard by specifying a Display Name and clicking on on the Add button.
Each Dashboard can include multiple KPI Tiles and/or Panels to visualize meaningful KPIs and data about your Loyalty Program.
KPI Tiles are tiles with the absolute value of an attribute or a metric or attribute within a specific time period. For example, it can show the “Average monthly signups in the last 12 months”.
Within each Dashboard, you can create or delete KPI Tiles by clicking on the Pencil icon on the top right corner of the Dashboard. You create a new KPI Tile by clicking on the Add KPI Tile button.
Editing KPI Tiles
You can reorder the sequence of the KPI Tiles by clicking on the drag-handle on a row and dragging a row up-and-down in the list.
You can edit or refresh the content of any KPI Tile in the Dashboard screen by clicking on the Edit or Refresh icon on the top right of a KPI Tile. After you save your changes, the new configurable immediately becomes active and visible on your Dashboard screen.
Viewing KPI Tiles
You can view the time period that the KPI is correct as at by hovering your cursor over the KPI Tile.
In order for a Query to be mapped into a KPI Tile, use the Analytic Query | KPIs screen to define one or more KPIs for the Analytic Query. Only after this is done can the Query be visible when mapping into a KPI Tile or a KPI within a Panel.

Exporting Panels
You can export a Panel into an image by clicking on the Export button on the top right of the Panel.
In order for a Query to be mapped into the KPI Values in the panel types of ‘Single Chart with KPI’, ‘Donut Chart with KPI’, ‘Dual Chart with KPI’, ‘KPI’, and ‘KPI Gauge’, use the Analytic Query | KPIs screen to define one or more KPIs for the Analytic Query. Only after this is done can the Query be visible when mapping into a KPI within a Panel.
