Social Connects

The Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform lets members connect personal social network accounts, such as Twitter and Instagram, to their Cheetah Digital Loyalty accounts so you can use these social connections to identify members on social networks.

Using The Social Connects Screen

Use the Members | Social Connects screen to search and view for social connections. The screen shows a summary count of connections for each available social network, such as Twitter and Instagram. Each Social Connect has the following attributes:

• Type. The type of social network.
• Member. The member who has a social connection.
• Social Account. The member’s name on the social account
