Leaderboards

Cheetah Digital Loyalty Leaderboards lets you create a listing to compare members or groups of members with each other to create healthy competition among themselves. Cheetah Digital Loyalty Leaderboards lets you create one or more leaderboards. On each leaderboard, you can define the metrics you have created when you setup your program, and a variety of calculations to rank members or groups of members.

Program Settings

There are no Program Settings for Leaderboards.

Using The Leaderboards Screen

Use the Communities | Leaderboards screen to manage your Leaderboards.

Searching and Sorting

The Leaderboards screen includes a variety of facilities to make it easy for you to search and sort records.

• Searching. Use the Search text box to search records by name, seed status, type or metric name.
• Sorting. Use the Sort dropdown to sort records by date created, date updated, or display name.

Content Management

Use Cheetah Digital Loyalty’s Content Management capabilities to manage your Leaderboards:

• Categories. Organize Leaderboards into categories. Client applications use categories to show subsets of Leaderboards to members.
• Tags. Add one or more tags to help you search, filter, and organize your records. Tags are only visible and usable in the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Marketing Console: you can modify and create tags, but your members are not be able to see or access the tags.

Leaderboard Types

Cheetah Digital Loyalty Leaderboards supports several types:

• Member Score Board. Create a leaderboard that shows members ranked by a specific metric.
• Group Score Board. Create a leaderboard that shows groups ranked by one metric.

Leaderboard Attributes

Specify these attributes to control the behavior of the Leaderboard:

• Display Name. The Leaderboard name shown to members.
• Type. Specify the type of the leaderboard.
• Image. Upload an image to identify the leaderboard.
• Metric. Specify the member metric to use for ranking leaderboard entries.
• Name Format. Choose from one of the pre-defined formats for display names for each entry.

In addition, there are several additional attributes for Group Score Boards:

• Group Class. For Group Score Boards, specify the Group Class. The leaderboard only ranks groups that are of this Group Class. For example, if you select ‘High School Team’, then the leaderboard only includes groups whose type is ‘High School Team’.
• Group Calculation. Choose from one of the pre-defined mechanisms for calculation the score of each entry.
  • Sum of Members. Add up all the metric values for all group members.
  • Average of Members Take the average score of all group members.
  • Coach Score. Take the average score of members and add the score of the designated coach.

All Leaders

Use the Leaderboard | All Leaders screen to view the all current entries in a Leaderboard.

If instructed by the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Customer Success Team, you can also click on the ‘Refresh Leaderboard’ button to instruct the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform to re-populate the entire Leaderboard.

Check Ranking

Use the Leaderboard | Check Ranking screen to view the score of a specific Leaderboard entry. Search for a member or group, then view the entry’s leaderboard score.

If instructed by the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Customer Success Team, you can also click on the ‘Refresh Leaderboard’ button to instruct the Cheetah Digital Loyalty Cloud Platform to re-populate the entire Leaderboard.

Score Breakdown

Use the Leaderboard | Score Breakdown screen to view details about how Cheetah Digital Loyalty calculated a Group Leaderboard’s score. Search for a group, then you can view the group’s overall score. You can also view the group’s members and the score that each group member contributed to the group’s overall score.
