Campaigns Overview

Overview

Loyalty Campaigns let you create a series of Offers intended to achieve a particular business objective, such as signing up new Members, increasing purchase frequency, or encouraging redemptions. Campaigns can target Offers to the most optimal Segments based on a Member’s context, such as Placement. You can also rank Offers manually, by a scoring rule – to show the best Offer to each Member.

Access

To access the Campaigns area of the platform, select Campaigns from the Main Navigation Menu.

Features

The Campaigns area of the platform includes the following features. Each of these features is accessible from the Sub-Category Menu.
