Campaigns Overview

Overview

Loyalty Campaigns let you create a series of Offers intended to achieve a particular business objective, such as signing up new Members, increasing purchase frequency, or encouraging redemptions. Campaigns can target Offers to the most optimal Segments based on a Member’s context, such as Placement. You can also rank Offers – either manually, by a scoring rule, or automatically based on Machine Learning data models – to show the best Offer to each Member.

Access

To access the Campaigns area of the platform, select Campaigns from the Main Navigation Menu.
