Campaigns

Overview

Loyalty Campaigns let you create a series of Offers intended to achieve a particular business objective, such as signing up new Members, increasing purchase frequency, or encouraging redemptions. Campaigns can target Offers to the most optimal Segments based on a Member’s context, such as Placement. You can also rank Offers – either manually, by a scoring rule, or automatically based on Machine Learning models – to show the best Offer to each Member.

The Marigold Help Center provides access to a wide range of enablement videos on many Marigold solutions that you can take as needed. Click here to view a training video on how to create Campaigns.  Please note that you may click on the down arrow in the video's top-left corner to expand and select the Campaigns video from the playlist.
