The Journey Designer component of Cheetah Digital's Customer Engagement Suite (CES) allows marketers to use standardized, pre-defined "journeys." These journeys are designed to streamline common, multi-stage marketing processes. Journey Designer is capable of handling simple to complex real-time decisioning across the entire CES.
Journey Designer is part of the Customer Engagement Suite (CES), and is accessible by selecting Journey Designer from the app switcher in the top-left corner of any CES application.
Note: Journey Designer is an optional feature that must be enabled within your account before it will appear in the app switcher. Please speak to your account team for additional details on how to enable Journey Designer.
The Journey Designer application is split into two main sections: Library and My Journeys.
Journey Designer supports a suite of standard journeys that are designed to address the typical needs of many marketers. These journeys have been carefully selected to facilitate repeatable best practices.
The setup, configuration, and administration of a standard journey is done within the Journey Designer user console.

Journey Designer supports the creation of fully custom journeys. You can utilize a standard journey as a "template" that you further customize by adding or removing steps. You can also create a brand new journey from scratch.
