Overview

The Library screen provides information about each of the available standard journeys, and allows you to create a new instance of a standard journey.

Access

To navigate to the Library screen, click Library from the top navigation bar in Journey Designer.

Features

The features available from the Library screen are described below.

View Standard Journey Information

To view detailed information about a standard journey type:

Click the name of the desired journey type.
The Journey Details screen is displayed. This screen provides information about the specified journey, including a depiction of its processing flow, and pre-requisites.

Create a New Standard Journey

Click hereClick here

To create a new instance of a standard journey:

Click the desired standard journey type. The Journey Details screen is displayed.
Click Create.
Enter a name for your journey, then click Create.
The Journey Designer screen is displayed and populated with the default flow for this standard journey type. See Standard Journey Overview for more details on how to configure your new journey.

Note: While you can create multiple instances of each of the standard journeys, only one instance can be published at a time. This restriction will be eliminated in a future release of Journey Designer.
