Badges are a type of Reward, allowing you to recognize and incentivize your Members. Members can view and share their Badges with friends and other Members. The Badge Members screen is used to view and manage all Members who have earned all of your Badges.
To view only the Members who have earned a specific Badge, see the Members tab of the Badge Details screen.
To access the Badge Members screen, select Rewards from the Main Navigation Menu, then select Badge Members from the Sub-Category menu.
The Badge Members screen provides the following features:
Searching and Sorting SearchThe search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the following fields: Badge name or Member name.
SortThe "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Members on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Members, select the desired sort option from this menu.

Change Badge Level Status type Badges can be configured with different levels, allowing Members to gain higher levels based on specific achievements. To manually edit a Member's Badge level:

The Badge Members screen provides the following features related to exporting Member records.
Create Export Definition Export definitions can optionally be saved
and reused, when you need to download Badge Members from the Loyalty
platform. From the "Actions"
drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen,
select "Export Badge Members." The "Create New
Export - Badge Members" pop-up window is displayed.

Notification and TransportIf you checked "Asynchronous" above, this section is displayed.
FieldsThis section allows you to optionally include (or exclude) specific columns in the export file.
RulesThis section allows you to create custom business rules to define which Segments are included in the export file.
You can also group rules by selecting Add Rule Group from the Add icon. Rule Groups have their own internal logical operator. AssociationsTo export associated records:
