A Redemption refers to a Reward that a Member earns, or "purchases" by means of spending their loyalty points. Redemptions are also sometimes referred to as "responses."
To access the Redemptions screen, select Rewards from the Main Navigation Menu, then select Redemptions from the Sub-Category menu.
The Redemptions screen provides the following features:
SearchThe search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the following fields: SKU, Reward label, Reward name, Member name or Member email .
SortThe "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Redemptions on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Redemptions, select the desired sort option from this menu.
NavigationOnce you've found the desired Redemption record, you can navigate to the following other screens:

A Redemption has one of the following possible status values:
To change the status for a Redemption:
Note: Once a Redemption has been either Completed, Cancelled, or Errored, you can no longer manually change the Redemption status.

If a Redemption's approval status is still "Submitted," you can approve or reject the Redemption. The possible approval status values are:

The Redemptions screen provides the following features related to importing Reward Redemption records.
Export definitions can optionally be saved and reused, when you need to download Redemptions from the Loyalty platform. From the "Actions" drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen, select "Export Redemptions." The "Create New Export - Redemptions" pop-up window is displayed.

FieldsThis section allows you to optionally include (or exclude) specific columns in the export file.

You can also group rules by selecting Add Rule Group from the Add icon. Rule Groups have their own internal logical operator.
