Reward Details: Responses

Overview

The Responses tab for a Reward is used to view the Members who have redeemed the necessary points to earn this Reward.

To view all Redemptions across all Rewards, please see the Redemptions screen.

Features

The features available on the Responses tab are described below.  

  Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Member name or email address.  

  1. Optionally, in the search field near the top of the Responses tab, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  3. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Reward status (or "Any status").  

  4. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  5. The Responses tab is refreshed to show only the Members that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Members that meet ALL criteria..

  6. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Members on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Members, select the desired sort option from this menu.

  • Created Date (the default option)

  • Updated Date

  • Transition Date

  • Exported Date

  • Imported Date

  • Reward Name

  • SKU

Navigation

Once you've found the desired Response, you can navigate to the following other screens:

  • Click the Member name to navigate to the Member Details screen for that Member.

 

 Edit Redemption Details

To edit the details of a Redemption:

  1. Optionally search or filter the list of Members as described above.

  2. From the "Action" drop-down menu, select "Edit." The "Update Processing Status" pop-up window is displayed.

  3. Make any necessary changes to the Redemption properties.

  4. Click save.  

 

 Approve / Reject Redemption

If a Redemption's approval status is still "Submitted," you can approve or reject the Redemption directly from the Responses tab. The possible approval status values are:

  • Submitted: The Member has submitted the Redemption, but it is not yet accepted or rejected.

  • Approved: The Redemption has been approved.

  • Rejected: The Redemption has been rejected by a Marketer and is ineligible to receive any prizes. You must manually reject a response. You can send a message to the Member regarding the rejection and give him or her the opportunity to re-submit a response.

  • Returned: The Redemption has been rejected, but the Member has the opportunity to re-submit a response.

To approve or reject the Redemption:

  1. From the "Action" drop-down menu, select "Approve" or "Reject."

 

 Notify Member

To send an email message to a Member notifying them of the Reward Redemption, you must first assign a message to the Reward on the Advanced tab as described above. Once you're assigned a message to the Reward, you can notify a Member as follows:  

  1. From the "Action" drop-down menu, select "Email." A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click confirm. The platform deploys the message to the Member.

 

  Post to News Feed

To post a comment:

  1. From the "Action" menu next to the desired item, select "Post to Feed," then select which newsfeed (such as "Main Newsfeed" for example).
