Member Details: Profile Tab

Overview

The Profile tab displays the demographic information that the Loyalty platform has stored on a Member. These demographic fields are called "Member Attributes," and are defined on the Member Attributes screen. These fields are commonly used as "content tokens" to personalize messages, or they're used in Segments for targeting.

The Profile tab is divided into several sections:

Member Attributes: Displays all the Member Attributes defined in your database, and the values for each Attribute for this Member.
Tiers: Displays all Tiers (across all Tier Schemes) that this Member has attained.
Member Preferences: Displays the Member Preferences defined in your database, and the values for each preference for this Member.
Calculated Attributes: Dsiplayed the Calculated Attributes defined in your database, and the values for each Calculated Attribute for this Member.

The features available on the Profile tab are described below.

Edit Member Attributes

To edit the Member Attributes for a Member:

In the Member Attributes section, click edit. The "Edit Profile" pop-up window is displayed.
Make any necessary changes to the Member Attributes values.
When finished, click save.

Delete a Member

To delete a Member:

In the Member Attributes section, click edit. The "Edit Profile" pop-up window is displayed.
Click delete. A confirmation dialog window is displayed.
Click confirm.

Edit Member Preferences

To edit the Preferences for a Member:

In the Member Preferences section, click edit. The "Edit Preferences" pop-up window is displayed.
Make any necessary changes to the Member Preference values.
When finished, click save.

Refresh Calculated Attributes

Click hereClick here

To execute the logic for your Calculated Attributes and refresh the values for this Member:

In the Calculated Attributes section, click calculate.
The platform refreshes all Calculated Attribute values for this Member.
