Member Details: Awards Tab

Overview

The Awards tab displays all of the Awards that the currently selected Member has been granted.

The term "Award" refers to a Reward that has been granted to a Member, without that Member having to deduct any points from their point balance. For more information on Awards, including how to manage and create them, please see the Awards screen.

The features available on the Awards tab are described below. 

 Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the SKU, Reward label, or Reward name.

  1. Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  3. Optionally, from the "Type" drop-down menu, select a Reward type (or "Any type").  

  4. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Reward status (or "Any status").  

  5. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  6. The Redemptions tab is refreshed to show only the Redemptions that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Redemptions that meet ALL criteria.

  7. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Rredemptions on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Redemptions, select the desired sort option from this menu.

  • Created Date (the default option)

  • Updated Date

  • Transition Date

  • Exported Date

  • Imported Date

  • Reward Name

  • SKU

Reward Details

To view additional information about a Redemption, optionally search for the Redemption as described above, then click on the Reward name. The platforms opens the Redemptions screen.

 

  Grant an Award

To grant an Award to a Member:

  1. From the drop-down menu above the list of Awards, select a Reward.

  2. Click grant award. The "Edit Award" pop-up window is displayed.

  3. From the "Reward" drop-down menu, optionally select a different Reward (the Reward you selected above in step 1 is selected in this menu by default, but you can change it here).

  4. Optionally, check "Auto claim upon award."  

  5. In the "Reason" text field, enter the reason for why you're granting this Member the Award.

  6. Select the desired "Effectivity" radio button:

  • Always: The Award is always available.

  • Schedule: The Award is available only within a certain date range. Enter the start and end dates for the date range, and select a time zone.

  1. When finished, click save.

 

 Edit an Award

To edit an Award:

  1. From the "Action" menu next to the desired Award, select "Edit." The "Edit Award" pop-up window is displayed.

  2. Make any necessary changes to the Award settings.

  3. Click save.

 

 Change Award Status

To change the status of an Award:

  1. From the "Status" menu next to the desired Award, select the desired Award status: Awarded, Claimed, or Cancelled.

 

 Delete an Award

To delete an Award:

  1. From the "Action" menu next to the desired Award, select "Delete." A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click confirm.
