Audiences Overview

Overview

The Audiences area of the platform allows you to define Segments of your database, as well as to create automated Triggered Actions.

To access the Audiences area of the platform, select Audiences from the Main Navigation Menu.

The Audiences area of the platform includes the following features. Each of these features is accessible from the Sub-Category Menu.

	Feature	Description
	Segments	Define groups of consumers that share common characteristics, such as demographics or patterns in interaction history.
	Testing Groups	Define groups of consumers for use in A / B / n testing.
	Triggers	Define a Triggered Action used to monitor changes to a consumer, and to execute a specific action when a specific condition is satisfied.
	Senders	View Campaigns that were deployed in Cheetah Messaging, and that used EDP as the Campaign's data source.
	People Explorer	Create a visualization to help you understand your customer population along different dimensions.
	Event Explorer	Create a visualization to help you understand consumer actions and behaviors along different dimensions.
	Settings	Configure settings related to the Audiences section of EDP.
