Senders

Overview

The Senders screen is used to view and manage "Sender jobs." A Sender Job refers to a Campaign that was deployed from Cheetah Digital's Messaging platform, and the Campaign used the Engagement Data Platform (EDP) as its data source, rather than a table in the Messaging database.

Access

To access the Senders screen, select Audiences from the Main Navigation Menu, then select Senders from the Sub-Category menu.

The Senders screen provides the following features:

Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Sender job's ID field.

Optionally, in the search field near the top of Senders screen, enter the desired text string.
Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).
The Senders screen is refreshed to show only the Sender jobs that meet your search criteria.
To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Sender jobs on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Sender jobs, select the desired sort option from this menu.

Created Date (default)
Executed Date
Updated Date

Navigation

Once you've found the desired Sender job, you can navigate to the following other screens:

Click the Sender ID for the desired Sender job to navigate to the Sender Details screen for that Sender job.
