Challenge Details: Responses

Overview

The Responses tab is used to view and manage the Challenge Responses for this Challenge. 

When a Member responds to a Challenge, the platform creates a new asset called a Challenge Response. The Challenge Response contains the details and metadata of the Challenge, its current status, and expiration (if it has one). 

Note: To view all Challenge Responses across all Challenges, please see the Challenge Responses screen.

Features

The features available on the Responses tab are described below.  

  Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string.  

  1. Optionally, in the search field near the top of the Responses tab, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  3. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Response status (or "Any status").  

  4. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  5. The Responses tab is refreshed to show only the Responses that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Responses that meet ALL criteria.

  6. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Responses on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Responses, select the desired sort option from this menu.

  • Created Date (the default option)

  • Updated Date

  • Transition Date

  • Offer Name

Navigation

Once you've found the desired Response, you can navigate to the following other screens:

  • Click the Member name to navigate to the Member Details screen for that Member.

 

 Set Challenge Response Status

Each Challenge Response has a status:

  • Submitted. The Member has submitted the Challenge Response but it is not yet accepted nor rejected.

  • Approved. The Challenge Response has been approved, either manually or automatically with the auto-approve feature.

  • Rejected. The Challenge Response has been rejected and is ineligible to receive any prizes. You must manually reject a Challenge Response. You can add a message to the Member regarding the rejection and give them the opportunity to re-submit a response.

  • Returned. The Challenge Response has been rejected, but the Member has the opportunity to re-submit the response.

To manually set a Challenge Response status:

  1. Optionally search for the desired Challenge Response.

  2. From the "Actions" drop-down menu next to the Challenge Response, select the desired status.

 

 Flag Challenge Response

To flag a problematic Challenge Response:

  1. Optionally search for the desired Challenge Response.

  2. From the "Actions" drop-down menu next to the Challenge Response, select "Flag Response," then select a reason, such as "Offensive."

 

  Post to News Feed

Click hereClick here

To post a comment:

  1. From the "Action" menu next to the desired item, select "Post to Feed," then select which newsfeed (such as "Main Newsfeed" for example).
