Marigold Loyalty provides several modules for managing, capturing, and targeting your Member population. From the Members area of the platform, you can manage your consumers, and create groups of Members, such as households, teams, and companies. You can also create Segments which are used to dynamically target Content, such as Offers, Rewards, and Messages, to a specified subset of your Members.
The platform supports two member types:
Member. A consumer who has signed up for the loyalty program and has provided personally identifiable information (PII), such as their name, email address, phone numbers, or address, to your loyalty program.
Visitor. A consumer who is logged in your loyalty program via tracking information (e.g. a web browser cookie), but who has not yet signed up for the loyalty program.
The Member APIs provides specialized APIs to authenticate both member types to the platform.
To access the Members area of the platform, select Members from the Main Navigation Menu.
