Member Details: Punch Cards Tab

Overview

The Punch Card tab displays all of the Punch Card responses (i.e., "punches") that the currently selected Member has earned.

Punch Cards let you reward Members for purchasing a set of specific items. After completing a Punch Card, Members receive one or more prizes, such as an Offer, a Reward, or a Gift Card. For more information on Punch Cards, including how to manage and create them, please see the Punch Cards screen.

Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Punch Card name or description.

Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.
Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."
Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Punch Card response status (or "Any status").
Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).
The Punch Cards tab is refreshed to show only the responses that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the responses that meet ALL criteria..
To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Punch Card responses on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Punch Card responses, select the desired sort option from this menu.

Updated Date

Punch Card Details

To view additional information about a Punch Card, optionally search for the Punch Card as described above, then click on the response. The platform opens the Punch Card Details screen.
