Content Tokens

Overview

Content Tokens allow you to create a variable or "token" that represents a field, such as an Attribute or Metric. This token can then be inserted into a content object, such as an Offer or email message for example. The platform will dynamically populate the token with the field's value. Content Tokens allow you to configure a default value which is displayed if the field is blank. You can also assign formatting to a Content Token, such as a date format.

Access

To access the Content Tokens screen, select Admin from the Main Navigation Menu, then select Content Tokens from the Sub-Category menu.
