Content Token Details

Overview

The Content Token Details screen provides detailed information about the selected Content Token.

Access

To access the Content Token Details screen, click the desired item from the Content Tokens screen.

Navigation links are provided near the top of the Content Token Details screen:

Back to Content Tokens: Click this link to return to the Content Tokens screen.
Next / Previous: Click these links to navigate to the Content Token Details screen for the next or previous Content Token.

Settings

The basic properties for the Content Token are displayed at the top of the screen in the Header section. The features available within this section are described below.

View or Edit Content Token Properties

To edit the properties of the selected Content Token:

In the top section of the Content Token Details screen, click the Edit icon. The "Edit Content Token" pop-up window is displayed.
Make any necessary changes to the Content Token properties.
Click save.

Delete a Content Token

To delete a Content Token:

In the top section of the Content Token Details screen, click the Edit icon. The "Edit Content Token" pop-up window is displayed.
Click delete. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.
Click confirm.

Set Content Token Status

To set the status of a Content Token:

In the top-right section of the Content Token Details screen, click the Edit icon. The "Edit Content Token" pop-up window is displayed.
The Content Token status is used to specify when a Content Token is actively in use. From the "Status" drop-down menu, select the desired status value -- Draft, Published, or Archive.
Click save.
