Sender Details
Overview
The Sender Details screen provides detailed information about the selected Sender job.
Access
To access the Sender Details screen, click on the desired record from the Senders screen.
Navigation links are provided near the top of the Sender Details screen:
Back to Senders: Click this link to return to the Senders screen.
Header Section
The basic attributes for the Sender job are displayed at the top of the screen in the Header section.
Definition
The Definition tab provides basic details about the Sender job, such as the type of Connection Profile that was used, the target table, Attributes sent to Messaging, and information about the Messaging Campaign itself, such as its name, channel, and type.
Recipients
The Recipients tab provides information about the audience for the Sender job. This tab lists the Segment used, and any other filters used to target the audience of recipients. If you click the name of the Segment, the Segment Details screen is displayed.
Runs
The Runs tab provides information about different executions of the Messaging Campaign. A Regular One-off Campaign will execute only once, but Date-triggered Campaigns can execute multiple times based on the Recurrence Scheduled defined for the Campaign. For each execution, this tab shows the start date and end date, the number of messages that were processed, and the number of messages that failed.
To download the execution results, click the Download button.
To delete the execution, click the Delete button.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a visual representation of the Sender job's results.
