Reward Dashboard
Overview
The Reward Dashboard is designed to provide feedback on the Reward programs being offered to Members, and to measure the Rewards' effectiveness against target objectives.
Access
To access the Reward Dashboard screen, select Rewards from the Main Navigation Menu, then select Reward Dashboard from the Sub-Category menu.
Features
The Reward Dashboard provides a graphical means of analyzing Reward usage. The Dashboard depicts two key metrics:
Views. The number of times that a Reward was viewed.
Redeems. The number of Reward Redemptions.
The Dashboard shows several different metrics, such as Total Views and Total Redeems, along with two bar graphs depicting the number of Views and Redeems per month, over the past twelve months.
