Definition Tab: Gift Card

Features

The Definition tab for a Gift Card displays high-level information about the Gift Card, and any custom JSON code. For more information on configuring Gift Cards within the Loyalty platform, please see the Gift Cards Help topic.

Edit Gift Card Properties

To edit a Gift Card type of Reward:

Within the "Definition for Gift Card" section, click edit. The "Edit Reward" pop-up window is displayed.
From the "Gift Card Class" drop-down menu, select the Gift Card class. For more details, please see the Gift Card Class screen.
Optionally, make any changes to the JSON code for this Reward.
Click save.
