Punch Card Details: Responses

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the following fields: Member first or last name, Member email address, Punch Card type name, or Punch Card type description.  

1. Optionally, in the search field near the top of the Responses tab, enter the desired text string.

2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

3. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Punch Card status (or "Any status").  

4. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

5. The Responses tab is refreshed to show only the responses that meet your search criteria.

6. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the responses on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of responses, select the desired sort option from this menu.

• Date Created (default option)

• Date Updated

To view additional information about a punch:

1. Search or sort the list of punches as described above.

2. Click on the desired punch. The platform displays the Punch Details screen, with the Activities tab selected. This tab provides detailed information about the activity that generated the punch.

3. Optionally click the Named Punches tab to see detailed information about Named Punches earned by this Member.
