Member Details: Challenges Tab

Overview

The Challenges tab displays all of the Challenge responses submitted by this Member.

Challenges allow you to engage your Members, by encouraging them to perform activities on behalf of your brand, in exchange for a Reward. Examples of Challenges can include submitting Member-generated content, sharing social media content, and filling out surveys. For more information on Challenges, including how to manage and create them, please see the Challenges screen.

Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the label or name.

Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.
Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."
Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Challenge status (or "Any status").
Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).
The Challenges tab is refreshed to show only the Challenge responses that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Challenge responses that meet ALL criteria.
To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Challenge responses on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Challenge responses, select the desired sort option from this menu.

Created Date (the default option)
Updated Date
Challenge Name

Challenge Details

To view additional information about a Challenge response, optionally search for the Challenge as described above, then click on the Challenge name. The platforms opens the Challenge Response Details screen.

Post to Newsfeed

To post a comment:

From the "Action" menu next to the desired item, select "Post to Feed," then select which newsfeed (such as "Main Newsfeed" for example).

Reject a Challenge Response

If you need to reject a Challenge response, the platform offers several different options. You can "return" a response, which gives the Member the opportunity to resubmit the response. The "return" option is used if, for example, the Member submitted an incorrect or invalid response.

You can also flag a response as being inappropriate or offensive. A flagged response is marked as "rejected," and the Member is ineligible to receive the Reward for completing the Challenge. Optionally, you can submit a message back to the Member regarding his or her response, and give the Member the opportunity to resubmit the Challenge response.

To return a response:

From the "Action" menu, select "Return."

To flag a response:

From the "Action" menu, select "Flag Response," then select a reason from the sub-menu.
