The Metrics tab is selected by default when you access the Member Details screen.
The Metrics tab is divided into two main sections: "Metrics" and "Activities."
Metrics: Contains information about the primary metric(s) used in your loyalty program. For example, if you use reward points, this section shows the number of points earned and redeemed by this Member.
Activities: Lists all updates and activities related to this Member record.
The features available on the Metrics tab are described below.
Searching and Sorting The Activities section provides a variety of options for searching for Activity records. SearchYou can filter the Activities section as follows:
SortBy default, the Activities section is sorted by Date in descending order (newest first). To change the sort order, click the header for the column by which you want to sort. The Activities are sorted by that column in descending order; click the same header again to toggle the sort order to ascending. |
