Member Details: Metrics Tab

Overview

The Metrics tab is selected by default when you access the Member Details screen.  

The Metrics tab is divided into two main sections: "Metrics" and "Activities."

Features

The features available on the Metrics tab are described below. 

 Searching and Sorting

The Activities section provides a variety of options for searching for Activity records.

Search

You can filter the Activities section as follows:

  1. Optionally, from the Activity Type drop-down menu, select either "All Activity Types" (the default value), or one or more specific Activity types.

  2. Optionally, click the "With Primary Metric Change" toggle to show only Activities that resulted in a change to your loyalty program's primary metric (such as reward points). By default, the "All" toggle is selected.

  3. Optionally, from the date drop-down menu, select a date range. This menu offers a variety of pre-defined date range options, such as "last three months" (the default value), or year-to-date, for example.

  4. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  5. The Activities section is refreshed to show only the Activities that meet your search criteria. Please note Activities must meet ALL criteria you select in the above steps.

  6. To remove all search criteria and revert back to the default options, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

By default, the Activities section is sorted by Date in descending order (newest first).

To change the sort order, click the header for the column by which you want to sort. The Activities are sorted by that column in descending order; click the same header again to toggle the sort order to ascending.

 

 Export Activity Records

To export the Activities section:

  1. Apply any desired filters as described above.

  2. Click the "Download all activities" button.

  3. The system downloads the contents of the Activities section as a comma-separated values (.csv) file to your PC.

 

 View Activity Details

To view the details of a specific activity:

  1. Click the plus-sign icon to the left of the activity record to expand it. The system displays the transaction details for this activity.

  2. Optionally, from within the expanded activity, you can perform the following actions:

  • Cancel: To cancel the activity, click cancel activity.

  • Resubmit: To resubmit the activity, click resubmit activity.

  1. When finished, click the minus-sign icon to the left of the activity record to collapse it.

 

 Cancel an Activity

To cancel an Activity record:

  1. Click the plus-sign icon to the left of the activity record to expand it. The system displays the transaction details for this activity.

  2. Click cancel activity. The "Cancel Activity" pop-up window is displayed.

  3. In the "Comment" field, enter a note explaining why you're canceling this Activity record.

  4. Click submit.

 

 Resubmit an Activity

To resubmit an Activity record:

  1. Click the plus-sign icon to the left of the activity record to expand it. The system displays the transaction details for this activity.

  2. Click resubmit activity. The "Resubmit Activity" pop-up window is displayed.

  3. Make any necessary changes to the Activity parameters. .

  4. Click submit.
