Member Details: Action Log Tab

Overview

The Action Log tab displays the history of all actions associated with this Member.

Features

The features available on the Action Log tab are described below. 

 Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string.

  1. Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select an activity status (Queued, Success, or Failed) or "Any Status."

  3. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  4. The Action Log tab is refreshed to show only the transactions that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the transactions that meet ALL criteria.

  5. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the transactions on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of transactions, select the desired sort option from this menu.

  • Created Date (the default option)

  • Updated Date

Transaction Details

To view additional information about a transaction, optionally search for the transaction as described above, then click on the link in the "Transaction Date" column. The platforms displays the Action Transactions screen, which provides the full API payload for this transaction record.

 

  Resubmit an Transaction

To resubmit a transaction record:

  1. Within the Action column of the desired transaction, click the Resubmit icon.

 

 Delete a Transaction

To delete a transaction record:

  1. Within the Action column of the desired transaction, click the Delete icon.

  2. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click confirm.
