Member Details: Receipts Tab

Overview

The Receipts tab displays all of the Receipts that the currently selected Member has provided.

The Loyalty platform allows brands to capture online and in-store purchase receipts. Members can accrue points and receive prizes for submitting their receipts. For more information on Receipts, including how to manage and create them, please see the Receipts screen.

Features

The features available on the Receipts tab are described below. 

 Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Receipt status, Receipt number, vendor, outcome, phone number, or email address.

  1. Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  3. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Receipt status (or "Any status").  

  4. Optionally, from the "Outcome" drop-down menu, select a Receipt outcome (or "Any outcome").  

  5. Optionally, from the "Claimed" drop-down menu, select a claimed status.  

  6. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  7. The Receipts tab is refreshed to show only the Receipts that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Receipts that meet ALL criteria.

  8. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Receipt Details

To view additional information about a Receipt, optionally search for the Receipt as described above, then click on the Receipt. The platform displays the Receipt Details screen.

 

  Claim a Receipt

To claim a Receipt:

  1. In the text field above the list of Receipts, enter the Receipt Number.

  2. From the "Update Method," select a contact channel.

  3. Click claim receipt.
