Locations

Overview

The Locations section of EDP is used to view and manage location-based data in EDP, such as stores, kiosks, or other points of interest.

To access the Locations area of the platform, select Data from the Main Navigation Menu, then select Locations from the Sub-Category Menu.

The Locations area of the platform includes the following features. Each of these features is accessible from the Sub-Category Menu.

	Feature	Description
	Places	Define geographic locations, such as stores or restaurants.
	Beacons	Define Bluetooth devices placed in a location.
	Regions	Define a Region comprising one or more Places, in order to facilitate targeting, segmentation, and analytics.
	Location Categories	Define Location Categories for organizing Places.
