People Details: Orders

Overview

The Orders tab displays all of this consumer's Orders, including each Order's ID, date, purchase amount, and any reward metrics earned.

To view additional details about an Order, including the items purchased or any coupons applied, click on the Order record. The Order Details screen is displayed.

Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the following fields: integration, transaction, place, source, and brand.

Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.
Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "order date."
From the "Claim Status" drop-down menu, select a claim status (or "All claim status").
Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).
The Orders tab is refreshed to show only the Orders that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search criteria, the platform displays only the Orders that meet all criteria.
To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Orders on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Orders, select the desired sort option from this menu.

Unsorted (the default option)
Transaction ID
Order Date
