The Order Details screen provides detailed information on a single order.
To access the Order Details screen, click on the desired record from the Orders screen.
Navigation links are provided near the top of the Order Details screen:
Back to Orders: Click this link to return to the Orders screen.
High-level information about the order (such as the customer's name, the order date, and the items purchased) is displayed at the top of the screen in the Header section. If you click the customer's name, the People screen is displayed.
Beneath the Header section, the rest of the Order Details screen is organized into a series of tabs. The features available within these tabs are described below
The Items tab is selected by default when you access the Order Details screen. This tab provide the full details of all items included within the order. For each item, you can view information such as the SKU, description, price, discount, etc.
If the customer used coupons for this order, this tab provides the full details of the coupons.
If this purchase was applied as a "punch" toward the completion of a Punch Card, this tab provides the full details of the punch.
