The Household tab allows you to group consumers together into a household, in order to pool together their Metrics. The screen displays the other consumers who are considered part of this consumer's household, along with their combined points earned, redeemed, and expired.
One person in a household is always identified as "Primary." This person can never be removed from the household. The "Primary" designation is applied to the person whose record you are viewing when you add other people to the household. The "Primary" person can redeem the Metrics from the pool of total points in the household; the other people in the household can redeem only their own points.
If you have multiple Metrics defined in your account, only the "primary" Metric is available to be pooled within a household. For more details on how to designate the primary Metric in your account, please see Deployments.
