The Campaign Aggregate Report provides all Key Performance Indicators (listed below) at a daily Campaign level. The metrics for Date- and Event-triggered Campaigns (which typically deploy more than once) are grouped together daily.

Total Opens |
The total number of times that messages were opened. |

The percentage of Received messages that resulted in an Open activity. |
Calculation: (Total Opens / Received) * 100 |
Unique Opens |
The total number of recipients who opened a message. |
Example: The same recipient opening the same message three times is counted as one Unique Open. |
Unique Open Rate |
The percentage of Received messages that resulted in a unique Open activity. |
Calculation: (Unique Opens / Received) *100 |
Total Clicks (Session) |
The total number of times that a link within the message content was clicked. |
Example: The same person clicking a link three times is counted as three Clicks. |
Total Click Session Rate |
The percentage of Received messages that resulted in a Click activity. |
Calculation: (Total Clicks / Received) *100 |
Unique Clicks |
The total number of recipients who clicked on a link. |
Example: The same recipient clicking three links is counted as one Unique Click. |
Unique Click Rate |
The percentage of Received messages that resulted in a unique Click activity. |

Click-to-Open Rate |
The conversion rate of recipients who opened a message, who then also clicked on a link in the message |

Soft Bounces |
The number of Sent messages that resulted in a Soft Bounce. |

The conversion rate of recipients who clicked a link, who then also completed a transaction. |

To change the reporting parameters, click the "Options" pane to expand it. Enter or select the desired parameters:
Start / End Date: Enter the Start and End Date for the desired reporting range. The default settings are to show data from the past seven days.
Campaign Type: Filter by the desired Campaign Type -- All, Regular, Date Triggered, Event Triggered, or Instant Triggered. The default setting is All.
Days from Sent: Enter the activity reporting range, in days. This value indicates what recipient activity should be included within the report. The default value is "7," meaning the report will include all recipient actions that occurred within seven days of the Campaign's launch.
When finished, click apply to refresh the report with the new settings. To revert back to the default settings, click reset.
