Engage+ integrates with Google Analytics -- a free service offered by Google that provides website tracking, reporting, and insights into your customers. Reports from Google Analytics are then made available from within the Messaging platform, to help you review the performance of your Campaign.
To use Google Analytics in your Engage+ Campaigns, you must have a Google Analytics Account defined and configured within Google, then you must "register" that Account within Engage+. Before you can register your account, the following steps must be completed.
You must have a Google account -- navigate to www.google.com to create an account.
You must add Google Analytics to your account -- navigate to https://www.google.com/analytics to sign up for Google Analtyics.
You must have a Google API Project -- navigate to https://console.developers.google.com to create an API Project.
For the API Project, generate the Client ID and Client Secret. You'll need these two values when registering the Google Analytics Account in Engage+.

The Google Analytics screen is accessible by the following method:
From the Admin Banner Bar, select Settings > Data Settings > Google Analytics
Register a Google Analytics Account To register your Google Analytics Account within Engage+:
Note: If you are logged into your Google account, you may encounter an error during this step. We recommend you perform this process with a web browser that isn't currently logged into your Google account.
Note: You need to request the token within one minute of requesting the authentication code, or less the authentication code will expire, and you'll need to start this process over.
