The Profile Stream feature offers a streamlined flow of data from Marigold Loyalty to other Marigold products, allowing you to created personalized, targeted campaigns that are more accurate and deliver more consistent results. The profile stream does not require queries, exports and imports, triggered actions, and scheduled jobs. It enables configuration and management of member attributes, preferences, and metrics to be shared across Marigold products to enable personalization in the member profile in a campaign.
Note: The Profile Stream feature is currently supported for integration with Marigold Engage+ only at this time.
Early Adopter Release is limited to the North American Region only through the end of 2023. Other regions, such as EMEA and APAC, will be rolled out in phases expected through Q1 2024 and will be announced.
