The Orders screen allows you to access, view, search, and manage customer orders efficiently. This guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities of the orders screen.

The Orders screen provides a comprehensive view of all customer orders, allowing you to track transactions and perform various actions on orders. Key features include:

Accessing Orders

To access the Orders screen:

This will bring you to the main Orders page where you can view and manage all orders.

 

  Order List View

The Orders screen displays a comprehensive list of all orders. Each order entry contains the following information:

  • Basic Details: Integration ID, Business Date, Order Date, Source Name. This information helps you quickly identify and track individual orders.

  • Location Info: Store, Store ID, Register ID, Operator ID. These details provide context about where and by whom the order was processed.

  • Payment: Last 4 digits of Credit Card (if applicable). This helps in verifying payment methods used for the order.

  • Order Info: Order Type, Total Unique Items, Total Items. This gives you a quick overview of the order's composition.

  • Financial Details: Status, Eligible Subtotal, Subtotal, Total Amount. These figures provide a snapshot of the order's financial impact.

  • Rewards: Rewards Earned, Applied Rewards, Punches Received (if applicable). This information is crucial for tracking customer loyalty and reward program participation.

 

 Searching Orders

To find specific orders quickly:

  • Use the search bar at the top of the Orders screen.

  • Enter relevant search terms (e.g., Transaction ID, Store, Source or Brand).

  • Click the search icon to initiate the search

Advanced Search Options

For more refined searches, use these additional filters:

  • Date Range: Set specific time frame using date pickers. This is useful for analyzing orders within a particular period.

  • Status: Filter by Claimed, Unclaimed, or All Claimed Status.

  • Sort: Order results by Transaction ID or Order Date.

 

 Actions

The "ACTIONS" menu in the top right corner provides additional functionality:
  • Retro Claim: This allows you to retroactively claim orders that were not initially applied to a Loyalty member.

  • Export Orders: Create an export of orders. Use this to generate reports or analyze order data externally.

  • Orders Export List: View Order Export definitions for previous exports. This helps you track and manage your export history.

  • Import Orders: Create an Import of orders. This feature allows you to add orders from external sources.

  • Orders Import List: View previous imports. Use this to review and manage your order import history.

To access more detailed information about a specific order:

  • Click on an order row to expand details

The expanded view provides comprehensive information about the order, including:

  • Items: Line Items and Item Details (SKU, Description, Categories, Unit Price, Units, Gross Price, Discount, Amount). This detailed breakdown allows you to review each item in the order.

  • Coupons: Any applied coupons. This section shows all discounts and promotions used in the order.

  • Punches: Punch Card, Total Punches, Named Punch count (if applicable). This information is shows all punch card details initiated by the order.

  • Payments: Payment information (when enabled), this section provides a breakdown of how the order was paid for.
