Journey Logs
Overview
The Journey Logs feature allows you to view activity details for a single consumer.
Note: In order to specify which consumer you want to view, you'll need their "EDP Member ID." This value can be found on the People screen in EDP. Please see the EDP Online Help for more details.
To view the Journey Logs:

In the Tool Bar, click the Journey Metrics icon.

In the EDP Member ID field, enter the Member ID of the consumer you wish to view, then click Search.

If the platform finds a match, it displays a log of activities for the specified consumer.

Optionally, click View Details next to a step to see additional technical details, including the full API payload for this step.
