People Details: Receipts

Overview

The platform allows brands to capture online and in-store purchase receipts. The Receipts tab displays all of the Receipts that the currently selected consumer has provided.

Note: Receipts are managed within the Cheetah Loyalty platform; for more information about Receipts, please see the Loyalty Online Help.

Features

The features available on the Receipts tab are described below. 

 Searching and Sorting

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Receipt status, Receipt number, vendor, outcome, phone number, or email address.

  1. Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  3. Optionally, from the "Status" drop-down menu, select a Receipt status (or "Any status").  

  4. Optionally, from the "Outcome" drop-down menu, select a Receipt outcome (or "Any outcome").  

  5. Optionally, from the "Claimed" drop-down menu, select a claimed status.  

  6. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  7. The Receipts tab is refreshed to show only the Receipts that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search conditions, the platform displays only the Receipts that meet ALL criteria.

  8. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

 

 Claim a Receipt

To claim a Receipt:

  1. In the text field above the list of Receipts, enter the Receipt Number.

  2. From the "Update Method," select a contact channel.

  3. Click claim receipt.
