People Details: Profile

Overview

The Profile tab displays all the Attribute values for this consumer. The Attributes are organized into different sections, such as Contact Information, Preferences, and Membership Summary. 

Features

The features available on the Profile tab are described below. 

  Edit Profile

To edit the details of the customer's Profile:

  1. From the "Actions" menu, select "Edit Profile." The "Edit Profile" pop-up window is displayed.

  2. Select one of the following tabs:

  • Basic Information: General demographic for the customer, such as name, birthday, etc.

  • Membership Summary: Details of the customer's sign-up or enrollment.

  • Business Units: If your account is configured with Business Units, this tab displays Business Unit-specific information. Please note that you must select a Business Unit (and not "All Business Units") from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen for this tab to be enabled. 

  • Communication Preferences: Flags used to indicate if this customer is eligible to be contact in different channels.

  • Address: The customer's postal address.

  • Other Details: Additional demographic attributes.

  • Comments: Notes related to this customer.

  1. Make the necessary changes to the customer's Profile.

  2. Click save.

 

 Refresh Calculated Attributes

To execute the logic for your Calculated Attributes and refresh the values for this consumer: 

  1. In the Calculated Attributes section, click calculate

  2. The platform refreshes all Calculated Attribute values for this consumer.
