People Details: Awards

Overview

The Awards tab is used to view the any Rewards that have been granted to this consumer as an "Award." The platform displays information about the Reward, such as its status, and the date / time it was awarded.

Note: Rewards are defined within the Cheetah Loyalty platform; for more information about Rewards, please see the Loyalty Online Help.

 Searching and Sorting

The Awards screen provides a variety of options for searching for Awards.

Search

The search feature allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Reward name. 

  1. Optionally, in the search field, enter the desired text string.

  2. Optionally, select an Award status, or select "Any Status."

  3. Press Enter, or click the search button (magnifying glass icon).

  4. The Awards screen is refreshed to show only the Awards that meet your search criteria. Please note that if you enter multiple search criteria, the platform displays only the records that meet ALL criteria.

  5. To remove all search criteria, click the remove button ("X" icon).

Sort

The "Sort" drop-down menu allows you to sort the Awards on a variety of different fields. To sort the list of Awards, select the desired sort option from this menu.

  • Created Date (default)

  • Updated Date

  • Reward Name

 

  Grant an Award

To manually grant a Reward to this consumer:

  1. From the drop-down menu, select the desired Reward. 

  2. Click grant award. The "Grant Award" pop-up window is displayed.

  3. The "Reward" drop-down menu is populated with the Reward you selected above; optionally select a different Reward. 

  4. Optionally, check "Auto claim upon award" to set the award status to "Claimed" (the default award status is "Awarded" until the consumer actually claims the Award).

  5. In the "Reason" field, optionally enter the reason for granting the Reward to this consumer.

  6. Select an effectivity period:

  • Always: This Award doesn't expire.

  • Scheduled: Enter a start date and end date, and a time zone.

  1. Click save

 

 Change Award Status

An Award has one of the following possible status values:

  • Pending

  • Awarded

  • Claimed

  • Cancelled

The current status for an Award is displayed beneath the Reward name. To change the status for an Award:

  1. From the "Status" drop-down menu, select the desired status.

 

  Edit Award Properties

To edit the details of an Award:

  1. From the "Action" drop-down menu, select "Edit." The "Edit Award" pop-up window is displayed.

  2. Make any necessary changes to the Award's properties

  3. Click save.

 

 Delete Award

Click HereClick Here

To delete an Award:

  1. From the "Action" drop-down menu, select "Delete." A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click confirm.
